Before storage, molds are thoroughly cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil. Each mold has an exclusive ID tag recording mold number, part info, maintenance and production history.
The storage area maintains dry & ventilated conditions to prevent rust and dust damage to mold cavities. We offer tooling custody service for customers’ molds. Fast retrieval greatly reduces mold changeover time for mass production.
